Åland United is delighted to announce that Pille Raadik will strengthen the coaching staff as an assistant coach for the upcoming season. Under head coach Daniel Norrmén, Pille will bring her extensive experience as a player, valuable tactical insights, and strong connection to the team.
With her wealth of experience and over a decade wearing the Åland United jersey—celebrating major successes, including two league titles and three cup victories—Pille will play a key role in the team's continued development.
“Åland United has always had a special place in my heart. Being able to be part of the team means a lot to me. I’m looking forward to working with Daniel and the players. Daniel is a great coach, and it will be exciting to work with him. I hope to bring my knowledge and experience to the team to help the players develop and for the team to have success,” says Pille.
Head coach Daniel Norrmén also looks forward to the collaboration:
“It feels great to have Pille on board in the coaching staff. She obviously brings a wealth of experience as a football player, but also considerable experience as a leader. One of her strengths is her direct communication and ability to express her opinions, which will be an asset in her role as a coach.”
